Fixed price or time and material?

Implementations with a firm boundary are usually fixed-scope after fit-gap. Enhancement and integration work is usually time and material, because requirements evolve.

Can you support a system another partner implemented?

Yes. We review the configuration and customisation first, then agree a support scope based on what is actually there.

How is training delivered?

Onsite, virtually, or at our Kuala Lumpur office — role-based, on your own configuration, with hands-on exercises.

What does a support agreement cover?

Incident support, enhancement hours, month-end assistance, updates and user administration, with response targets and a named consultant written into the schedule.
