What HRD Corp is
The Human Resource Development Fund is administered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad under the PSMB Act 2001. Established in 1993, it exists to fund workforce upskilling across registered Malaysian employers.
How the levy works
Registered employers contribute a monthly levy against payroll into their HRD Corp account. Approved training is paid from that balance rather than from a fresh training budget.
Who can claim
Employers registered with and contributing to HRD Corp, for employees who are Malaysian citizens. Eligibility for a specific course is confirmed by HRD Corp when the grant is submitted.
Our registered-provider status
Awansoft is an approved training provider registered with PSMB, so our course outlines, trainer profiles and invoices are accepted in a claim submission.

Scheduled public sessions for one or two people, or in-house courses run for your team alone on your own configured system.
